The Coalition is a voluntary association of animal protection organizations, public associations and structures that contribute to the rescue of our four-legged friends in wartime.
War brings suffering not only to people, but also to animals. We are proud that animal protection organizations and volunteers do not leave our four-legged friends at this terrible time and save them, sometimes risking their own lives.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of resources, many issues related to the rescue of people and animals are solved chaotically. But if they are regulated properly, we can avoid additional injuries and losses, both physical and psychological. For this purpose, our Coalition of emergency assistance to animals of Ukraine was created.
We have united to coordinate efforts to help animals affected by the war in Ukraine. Our primary mission is to organize the rescue of as many animals as possible during hostilities.
Also, the Coalition is working on improving the normative regulation of animal welfare protection in the processes of their transportation, rehoming and keeping. We strive to implement a systematic approach in the field of animal protection:
Promotion of international cooperation of public animal protection organizations to solve global problems of animal welfare in Ukraine and beyond.
Driving changes in legislation and policy at the national level.
The formation of associations of animal protection organizations of a new generation, which carry out their activities on the basis of the principle of transparency, as one of the most important qualities in the field of real animal protection.

There are hundreds of tragic fates - both animals and their owners - behind each of the topics above. To avoid further tragedies and separations, we have gathered all the important information and useful suggestions on this platform to help and support owners and their animals, as well as carers and volunteers.
We are grateful to our Western partners for their support and willingness to jointly optimize assistance to animals.
Together we will save more!
