Our animal and environment protection department has developed the “RCC” program, which can fill the missing link in the regulatory system to ensure the welfare of animals and protect them from cruelty. This program includes a set of measures that fully solve the above problems in a humane and economical way:
Registration, chipping;
Certificate;
Control (zooinspection).
We offer viable strategies for working in this direction, necessary both to protect people from psychological trauma when faced with this problem, and for the health and well-being of the animals themselves. It is a coordinated, progressive program of owner education, environmental management, mandatory registration-identification of pets, control of keeping and regulation of breeding and sale. All these elements must be supported by effective legislation involving government agencies, veterinary services and non-governmental organizations.
The "RCC" program is integrated into our "ZOOETHICS" project (read more on the project page).
Such a system will make it easier to find missing animals and identify careless, irresponsible owners.
Soon our Western partners - members of the Swiss Animal Protection Coalition together with the TASSO platform - will launch such a platform for animal owners in Ukraine.
